Myallocator Error Codes

The following core error codes are generated and handled by myallocator for property owners, PMS API integrators, and Build2Us OTA API integrators.

1002 FAULT.OTA.NOTENABLED Availability interface not enabled. Please contact the channel manager support.
1003 FAULT.OTA.OFFLINE Channel is not responding. Please try again later.
1004 FAULT.OTA.BROKEN The availability could not be updated at this time.
1100 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.MAPPING Incorrect room setup. Please go to "Manage" and update your room settings.
1101 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.BEDS A mapped room has the wrong number of beds for the configured room.
1102 FAULT.OTA.CURRENCY Your currency setting doesn't match the channel's currency setting. Please update your currency settings.
1103 FAULT.OTA.MINLOS Some minimum length of stay settings exceed the channel's auto-approval threshold. These dates were not updated!
1104 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.MINRATE Rates could not be updated: Some or all rates are below the minimum room rate set by the channel.
1105 FAULT.OTA.AVAILABILITY.CONTRACTED Could not update availability: Allotment cannot be less than remaining contracted allotment.
1106 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.INACTIVE At least one room is set to inactive on the channel. Please check the channel's room setup.
1107 FAULT.OTA.LOGIN.DISABLED Your account has been disabled (too many attempts with incorrect password).
1108 FAULT.OTA.AVAILABILITY.READONLY Your availability/rates could not be updated. The channel is set to read-only.
1109 FAULT.OTA.AVAILABILITY.LIMITED The availability cannot be updated past a certain limit. Please login to this channels backoffice and extend the limit. The current limit is set to %months% months.
1110 FAULT.OTA.RATEPLAN.BROKEN Please select a different rateplan for updates, as the currently selected rateplan is not enabled for updates.
1111 FAULT.OTA.AVAILABILITY.EXCEEDED You were trying to allocate more availability than is configured on the channel.
1112 FAULT.OTA.RATE.SINGLEUSE_NOT_AVAILABLE Cannot set Single Use rate, as it's disabled for updating. Please contact the channel to enable it.
1113 FAULT.OTA.RATEPLAN.CONFLICT At least two rooms have the same rateplan assigned with conflicting rates. Please redo the channel setup.
1114 FAULT.OTA.RATE.TOOHIGH Rates could not be updated: Some or all rates are above the maximum room rate set by the channel.
1115 FAULT.OTA.RATE.SINGLEUSE_MISMATCH Single Use rate is not activated for this room/rateplan. Please ask the channel manager support to deactivate single use rates or ask the channel to enable Single Use rates for this room.
1123 WARNING.OTA.FUTURE_DATE This channel does not update that far in advance. Some allocation were ignored.
1125 FAULT.OTA.RATE.CONTRACT_VIOLATION One of the changes is not permitted as it does not agree with the signed contract. This could be because the rates are too high or too low.
1126 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.BREAKFAST.MISMATCH Your breakfast setting on the channel doesn't match the breakfast setting in the channel manager.
1128 FAULT.OTA.PROPERTY.SUSPENDED Your property is temporarily suspended on the channel. Please check with your channel's account manager for the reasons.
1129 FAULT.OTA.TIMEZONE Your timezone setting doesn't seem to match the setting on the channel. Please go to MANAGE and 'General Details' to check your set timezone.
1131 FAULT.ISE.PARTS.MISMATCH Update has not started yet, the "Parts" parameter might not be correct yet.
1132 FAULT.OTA.CANCELLATION.BROKEN The cancellation setting isn't accepted. Please check the channel's extranet or account manager for a valid setting, then re-do the channel setup.
1133 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.BEDS_INSUFFICIENT A mapped channel room has fewer beds configured than the channel manager. Check with your channel's account manager that the number of accepted beds match for each room.
1134 FAULT.OTA.BUSY The channel is currently experiencing a high volume of updates. Please try again in a short while.
1135 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.TYPE.EMPTY_TITLE Room type %ota_room_id% on OTA side has empty or missing title.
1136 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.MINRATE.EXAMPLE Rates could not be updated: Some or all rates are below the minimum room rate set by the channel. Example: %roomname% on date %date%.
1137 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.MINRATE.SINGLE_USE.EXAMPLE Rates could not be updated: Some or all single use rates are below the minimum room rate set by the channel. Example: %roomname% on date %date%.
1138 FAULT.OTA.RATE.SINGLEUSE_NOT_AVAILABLE.EXAMPLE Cannot set Single Use rate, as it's disabled for updating. Please contact the channel to enable it. Affected Room: %roomname%.

1141 FAULT.OTA.AVAILABILITY.EXCEEDED.EXAMPLE You were trying to allocate more availability than is configured on the channel. Example: %roomname% on date %date%.
1142 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.READ_ONLY.EXAMPLE Room could not be updated as it is set to read-only on the channel. Affected room: %roomname%.
1143 FAULT.OTA.RATE.MINRATE.EXAMPLE_RATE Rates could not be updated: Some or all rates are below the minimum room rate set by the channel. Rates can not be lower than %rate%.
1144 FAULT.OTA.AVAILABILITY.ROOM_OVERBOOKED.EXAMPLE Cannot set availability as a room already has more units booked than rooms configured on the channel. Example: Room %roomname% on date %date%.
1145 FAULT.OTA.INVALID_JSON Received invalid JSON response from channel.
1146 FAULT.OTA.INVALID_SOAP Received invalid SOAP envelope from the remote OTA

1154 FAULT.OTA.CALLBACK.UNKNOWN_PROPERTY No such property in the system

1157 FAULT.OTA.RATE_LIMITED We're having communication issues with this channel. Please try again later.
1158 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.MINRATE.NOT_SET The minimum rate constraint is not set on the remote OTA. Please set it yourself (if possible) or ask your account manager to set it for you.
1159 FAULT.OTA.RATE.SINGLEUSE_TOO_HIGH The single use rate should not be greater than your normal rate.
1160 WARNING.OTA.RATEPLAN.VALIDITY.EXAMPLE Rateplan %rateplan% is valid from %from% to %to%.
1161 WARNING.OTA.OBSOLETE Channel does not operate anymore or has been replaced by a new channel. No updates have been made.
1162 WARNING.OTA.ICAL_FEED Rates have not been updated, as this is not supported for this channel. Please be aware that this channel synchronises periodically from myallocator. Updates are therefore delayed until this happens.
1163 WARNING.OTA.MINSTAY.REDUCED Minimum stay cannot be larger than %max%. It was reduced for some or all dates.

2062 FAULT.OTA.RATE.TOOHIGH.AGO Rates could not be updated: Some or all rates are above the maximum room rate set by the channel. To raise the maximum rate login into your Agoda backoffice, go to Settings, Room Settings and raise the rates.
2063 FAULT.OTA.ROOM.MAPPING.DOUBLE_OCCUPANCY.AGO Incorrect room setup. Cannot set double rate when maximum occupancy on Agoda is less than 2. Please compare the room setup between myallocator and Agoda.
2065 FAULT.OTA.RATE.OUTSIDE_RANGE.EXAMPLE.AGO Rates could not be updated: Some or all rates are outside of the allowed range as defined by the channel. The limits can be adjusted by your Agoda account manager. Example: rate %updaterate% should be between %minrate% and %maxrate%.
2070 FAULT.OTA.ROOM_NOT_ACTIVE.HI Could not update a room because it's either not active any more or the allowed arrival date is not set far enough into the future. This can be changed in myhostel on the Products page.
2072 WARNING.OTA.RATE.SAVE_FAILED.EXAMPLE.HI Setting rates for HI Hostels room ID %room% not possible.
2073 WARNING.OTA.FUTURE_DATE.HI HiHostels will not allow allocations in %year% onwards until mid-%year_prev%. Allocations for %year% onwards were ignored.
2081 FAULT.OTA.MISSING_RATE_GROUP.CB CityBreak didn't return any pricing groups CityBreak rate code %rateid% for dates %date_start% - %date_end%. Make You sure you have default prices set for those rate codes in the CityBreak back office.
2082 FAULT.OTA.MISSING_AVAIL_GROUP.CB Couldn't update availability, as there is no availabilibity control available for CB product ID %room% on date %date%. Check with CityBreak to make sure that this product is setup to be updated for this date.
2083 FAULT.OTA.RATETYPE_UNSUPPORTED.EXAMPLE.CB Unsupported pricing configuration for CityBreak for product ID %room% and rate %rate%. We currently only support 'Price Per Night'.
2084 FAULT.OTA.UNSUPPORTED_SETUP.RATE.EXAMPLE.CB Product %room% is defined more than once for rate code %rate%. Please make sure that in the CityBreak backoffice each product only has one rate code.
2085 FAULT.OTA.RATE.MISSING_DEFAULT.EXAMPLE.CB Product %roomid% and rate %rateid% do not seem to have a default price set in the CityBreak backoffice.
2090 FAULT.NO_QUALIFIED_DAYS.HRS The specified period does not include any of the qualifying days you have selected. This is most likely related to the Hot Deal rate. Please check with your HRS account manager on how it can be made available.
2091 FAULT.RATE_GROUP_MISSING.HRS The rate group you have selected during mapping does not exist yet in the HRS backoffice. Please create it there first, or ask your HRS account manager to create it for you.
2092 FAULT.RATE_DISCOUNT_INCORRECT.HRS During the room mapping for HRS you have selected an incorrect rate discount/increase. You either set it to a fixed amount, while in the HRS backoffice it's set to a percentage amount, or the other way around.
2093 FAULT.RATE.HRS.HOT_DEAL_MISSING You're trying to update Hot Deal, but the Hot Deal category doesn't exist on HRS yet. Please create it there first.
2094 FAULT.ROOM.HRS.SHARED_AVAIL Cannot set availability for at least one room type as availability is shared with another room type in HRS. Please set the availability type for all rooms to be separate in the HRS backoffice.
2095 FAULT.RATE.HRS.HOT_DEAL_PERIOD_MISSING The Hot Deal cannot be saved because an HRS rate is not available throughout the selected period. The conditions for the provision of a Hot Deal are therefore not met. Please begin by setting up standard categories for this period in the HRS backoffice.
2096 FAULT.OTA.INVALID_PARAMETER.HRS HRS did not accept a parameter that we sent. Please contact myallocator support to investigate.
2097 FAULT.OTA.RATE.INVALID_RATE.HRS Your property seems to be a HRS Holiday Hotel. This hotel type only supports season rates and Hot Deal rates.
